Epistema Notas

Thinking together, every event.

A digital notebook for congresses, symposia, seminars and forums. Each participant takes notes on every talk, talks with the authors and builds, with everyone else, the event’s collective knowledge.

Three phones showing Epistema Notas: the event program, the note-writing page and the collective knowledge.
01 / The idea

An event’s ideas shouldn’t be lost in scattered notebooks.

Every panel sparks questions, connections and findings that end up scattered across notebooks, phones and hallway conversations. Epistema Notas brings them together: organized by panel and talk, attributed to whoever wrote them and available to everyone taking part.

02 / How it works

Three steps, nothing to install.

01

Open the link

Each participant receives a personal link and opens it on their phone or computer.

02

Take notes and ask

Take notes on each talk and send questions straight to its authors.

03

Build collective knowledge

Share reflections with everyone and read what others think, panel by panel.

03 / Features

Everything that happens at the event, in one notebook.

My notes

Personal notes by panel and talk, with each talk’s abstract at hand. Edit, delete, search and download them as PDF.

Questions to the author

The note reaches the author, who replies in the same tool. A bell notification and a dialogue that continues beyond the panel.

Program

The program by day and room. Each panel opens to show its talks and, from each one, «Take notes on this talk».

Audience voices

A dedicated space for attendees, separate from the panels, so they can take part without interfering with the discussion.

Works offline

Everything is saved on the phone first and sent automatically when the connection returns. Nothing written is lost.

Access for every role

Each person enters with their own link and sees what fits their role. Participants: notes, questions and reflections in the panels. Authors: they also receive and answer questions about their talk. Attendees: their own space, «Audience voices». Organizers: the event dashboard.

04 / Collective knowledge

The heart of the tool.

Public reflections by authors and attendees, signed and tagged by talk, form a documented conversation of the event.

The Collective knowledge tab
01

The Collective knowledge tab

All public reflections of the event, organized by panel, with a live summary of notes, participants and panels with contributions.

Sharing a reflection
02

Sharing a reflection

Choose the panel, tick the talks it refers to and publish it for everyone, signed. Each idea stays linked to its context.

Questions to authors
03

Questions to authors

The question reaches the talk’s author, who replies in the same tool. The dialogue continues after the panel and is recorded.

  • Live summary: notes, participants and panels with contributions.
  • Filters by panel, talk and person, plus word search.
  • PDF download of exactly what was filtered.
  • What is shared can become part of the event’s memory.
05 / Authorship

Sharing knowledge without losing authorship.

Attribution

Every idea carries the name of who wrote it and the talk that sparked it.

Consent

No one publishes without first agreeing to what is shared and who sees it.

Privacy

What is personal is private by design; what is collective is open to all.

Memory

What is shared stays organized, searchable and exportable as the event’s memory.

An event of a few days becomes a lasting knowledge base, respecting the intellectual property and copyright of every participant.

06 / Adaptable

It adapts to any event.

Epistema configures the tool for each event. Participants install nothing: they open their link on a phone or computer.

Program

08 / Privacy

Privacy by design, not by promise.

Epistema Notas was built so every person always knows what is stored, where, and who can see it.

Explicit consent
Before writing, the tool explains what data it keeps and who sees what. Without accepting, it is read-only.
Private, encrypted notes
Personal notes are visible only to their author. The backup is encrypted and no one on the team can read it.
Layered visibility
Personal notes belong to each person; questions to the asker, the author and the organizers; collective notes to everyone, always signed.
Personal access, nothing lost
Each participant enters with their own link. Everything is saved on the phone first and syncs on its own.
Control over one’s own data
Anyone can consult or request deletion of their data through a dedicated channel.
09 / Reliability

Reliable from start to finish.

Reliability

No note is lost: everything is saved on the device first and resent until confirmed.

Load-tested

Dozens of simultaneous participants without errors; the collective view responds instantly even with hundreds of notes.

Knowledge that stays

Each panel’s collective notes download as PDF and can become part of the event’s memory.
